How to buy Floki (FLOKI)? You need an app or exchange that trades it on Ethereum or BNB Chain, and the official contract address. Where to buy Floki (FLOKI)

Buy FLOKI with a Phantom wallet

Phantom is a self-custody wallet: you hold the seed phrase. Ethereum and BNB Chain are both supported networks, and you turn them on under Settings, Active Networks (Phantom supported chains (opens in a new tab)). Phantom's swap help covers swaps on EVM networks such as Ethereum and charges 0.85% on most swaps, plus the network fee in the native token, such as ETH (Phantom swap help (opens in a new tab)). The help page does not mention BNB Chain swaps, so check in the app.

FLOKI has one official contract on each of its two chains. Floki's site shows both, and CoinGecko lists the same two.

Copycat tokens use the same name, ticker and logo. In June 2024, Floki's team said that the real token exists only on Ethereum and BNB Chain, warned about fake FLOKI tokens on Solana and Base, and told users to “obtain token information only from official sources” (Cointelegraph (opens in a new tab)). A FLOKI token on any other chain is not the official one. Compare the first and the last characters in your app before every buy, and run a rug checker on any token you are not sure about.
